Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through tjetshop.com (“Website,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Customers may request a return within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of order placement.
1.2 Certain products may be eligible for a longer return period, as specified on the respective product page.
1.3 To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original packaging,
  • Undamaged, unused, and in resellable condition, and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Products designated as “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
2.2 Items returned outside the permitted timeframe or in unsatisfactory condition may be rejected at our sole discretion.

3. Return Procedure

3.1 To initiate a return, Customers must send an email to tjetshop@proton.me stating the order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.
3.2 Upon approval, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
4.2 Shipping and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.
4.3 Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected for compliance with Section 1.
4.4 Please allow up to 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Abuse of Policy

5.1 We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if, in our reasonable judgment, a product has been:

  • Used, damaged, or altered by the Customer;
  • Returned in a condition inconsistent with this Policy; or
  • Part of repeated or excessive return behavior indicating abuse of this Policy.

6. Amendments

6.1 TJetShop reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
